Great application of Ukemi,

Sensei Waite takes what he developed in the first video and shows how to apply that into everyday practice. He goes into detail about possibilities for class organization and seemes to be more geared towards teaching a class but don't get me wrong, this video is VERY helpful in learning to be safe on the mat. I only wish that I had ordered these videos when I first started training so that I didn't develop the bad habbits that I have now and have caused me to be injured. It is truely amazing to watch his students perform Jiyu-Waza with him and to see at high speed that his method of teaching really works! I highly recommend this video to everyone!
