4.0 out of 5 stars Thrilling, edge-of-your-seat adventure, August 5, 2008
This review is from: Aim And Fire (Room 59) (Mass Market Paperback)
When terrorists appear to be smuggling suspicious cargo into the US through Mexico, Room 59 takes notice and enlists the aid of Tracy Wentworth. Tracy works for the Department of Homeland Security and has to choose between a comfortable life with a family or a dangerous one that makes a difference for her country. Joining Nathaniel Spencer, who works for the US Border Patrol, the two investigate within the Mexican underworld to uncover a plot against the U.S.

The Room 59 series is unique in that each installment is completely stand-alone, with different characters brought in for each book. Each book has a completely different storyline, so there is no need to worry about reading them in order. As with the former installments, this one is full of action, adventure, intrigue, and excitement. The characters are interesting. And since this is not an episodic series, main characters can die. No one is ever safe. This always adds to the level of intensity. Aim and Fire is a thrilling, edge-of-your-seat adventure. I couldn't put it down.
