This album rocks out on some straight-ahead blues even more than the first, and does it better, too. Kelly's vocals are loaded up with soul and croon over everthing, and the band gets a little crazier than it has before. Buy it, and even better, go see them. It's definitely a good time.

i used to have this cd and lost it...yay! i have it back now........kelly has always been one of my local baltimore favorites...love ya kelly..back in those lovely 8X10 days! great cd.....you feel it inside and out! he is a pleasure to be around and a great show with his witty silly comedy. enjoy and go see him play! you won't be sorry

The second of three albums (the third released on Nov 26), this is a masterful, full-spectrum ride through blues and funk and Rock, powered by the expansive, soul-stirring lyrics of Kelly Bell himself. If you've ever loved, lost, won, or tried hard, this album will speak to you. Buy it. Buy the other ones too. These guys tour 250 days a year, see them live they are one of the best live bands in America not living in mansions in Malibu. They bring it full-force, and the whole house moves. Like DMB, they are local heroes, poised to become The Big Thing.
