I bought this camera to replace my camera that takes film. I wish I had waited and saved for a more expensive camera. It's an ok camera. The flash is so bright that my daughter looks like a ghost. I tried it without the flash and it's really dark. I can't set it up as a webcam, which I thought I could. You can't use the flash with the camcorder function, so the picture is really dark. It doesn't fit in your pocket, it's at least 2 inches thick. You really do get what you pay for. I went and bought another roll of film for the pictures that I want to be of quality. I use the digital so I can send pictures of the new baby to family members.
