Of all the Just Planes videos, this is probably the one that gives you the most insight into operations. It will not, as others have pointed out, give you the best scenery or best cockpit experience (though it does have the go around which is highly unusual). If you really want detail about flight planning, how to plan for a takeoff into wind shear conditions, et al, this is for you. Totally enjoyed it.

I've seen 7 full videos from JustPlanes (World Air Routes), incluiding Air Canada's Boeing 777-300ER, but Air Canada's Boeing 777-200LR is definetly THE BEST of them.
As they say, it's filmed in HD (dont't worry if you don't have a Blueray or HD DVD player, the actual format is standard DVD), its picture quality, presentation and widescreen (16:9) aspect ratio makes it the finest video from JustPlanes so far. I dont't know what type of equipment they use, but the camera stabilization, cockpit/communications recordings and angles are outstanding. An excellent job by the filming crew.
Pilots explain the airplane's systems, procedures and technical aspects in a very professional and easy way to understand. Also the brief presentation of the in-flight service by the flight attendants is good.
Some of the most interesting parts of this video for me were:
Transoceanic procedures by CPDLC and HF.
Take offs from Vancouver and Sydney with full passengers, maximum take off weight and max thrust.
Go-Around in Vancouver.
Pre-flight and flight plan breifings.
Enroute weather deviation.
ETOPS alternates and no-return points.
Business/First class meals and wines.
And some of the 777s features, like auto anti-ice, auto top of descend and Flightbag.
I recommend this video for EVERYONE. Also a videos catalog comes inside the DVD case.

One of the best Air Canada DVD's yet. I like them all and I own most of them. I really enjoyed the long flight to Sydney. Very informative with great flight crews. If you're an avaiation enthusiast you'll love this.

This DVD is a great value! It is 280 minutes long, so be prepared to watch over the span of a few days. The quality is sufficient, but the content is really impressive. You get a professional crew, cabin food, and great scenery. I definitely learned alot about the 777 and had a great time doing so. I would recommend the new 777-LR AC DVD over this one, but if you want to see Australia buy this one!

Air Canada Boeing 777-200LR

Excellent video as are all the Air Canada videos. The flight crew is very professional and go to great lengths to explain what they are doing. A must see if you like airplanes. Only drawback is that most of the flying is at night so not much on scenery.
