I have been flight simming for almost 9 years. I have learned to fly all of the great aircraft from Cessna 152's t Boeing 767-300ER's but after doing all that the question remains; Where do I fly? With this great program added to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 or Flight Simulator X you won't have to answer that question as Air Hauler will show you where the money is. Pick a contract and deliver on time and the money will begin to roll in as you build your company from fledgeling to empire. But if you damage the cargo or deliver late your reputation will fall and so will the profits. Easy to use with many features being added on a regular basis I now start Flight Sim up and go right to the airport to begin transporting all kinds of stuff. Best of all is the support forum where answers to all your questions will be handled swiftly; Many times by the man who created the program. You will never again be at a loss for where to fly. I guarantee it!!!

While there are plenty of "virtual airlines" out there that allow a flightsimmer to give some structure to his hobby, they require online play and (some) have strict time commitments. Air Hauler brings the structure to your PC...and some purpose to your flying! In between flights, you are responsible for running and growing your operation...you hire pilots, buy planes, build bases, and manage the budget while trying to build your company's reputation. As your company grows, your income grows, your fleet grows, etc. You can choose to fly any of the jobs that are offered on your FSX, and you can also hire AI pilots to do jobs while you are busy or away from the computer. I have not experienced any major bugs, and the Air Hauler forum is loaded with info to help with minor glitches.
All in all, I find Air Hauler to be a worthy addition to my flightsim library!

I have been playing this game for nearly a month now and I highly recommend it. Air Hauler has renewed my interest in FSX by giving me a reason to fly. Because of this game, I have flown aircraft that I normally would not have and to airfields that I never would have gone. This has really expanded the whole FSX experience.
This game allows you to choose a base of operations to fly from, then choose from jobs flying around that area. As you progress, you can buy or lease new and better aircraft, and hire on AI (CPU controlled) pilots to fly jobs for you. You can set the AI pilots on assignments while you are away from the computer; (while you are at work or school, or just sleeping!) You can build an empire and not even fly a job yourself. The game also features several costs that you need to deal with; such as fuel prices, base rental, landing fees, and AI payroll. Air Hauler also grades your landings; so if you or your pilots have a hard landing (or worse) you can be faced with some major repair costs. Air Hauler can import any add-on aircraft that you may have; whether is pay-ware or a free downloaded airplane. It also allows you to repaint your fleet to any of the available paint schemes. A problem I have experienced with this game, is resuming a saved flight. Air Hauler launches FSX by itself, when starting a job; and when resuming a saved flight the loading time can be rather slow or it will freeze up altogether. I believe that my slow computer is to blame for that. Another problem I have seen is that the AI pilots are sometimes hard to control. When given a list of jobs to fly, they will only fly one job at a time and they always use a full load of fuel, even when there is a more efficient way. I totally recommend this game to any fan of FSX. It gives you a new reason to fly your flight sim.
