My 6 yr. old grandson and I have had loads of fun.
First copter had bad rear rotor, I sent it back and they replaced it and re-inbursed me for the shipping. Toy company followed up with emails.

I've own 4 of these and all 4 have had problems. The first 2 ran fine after we added a small nail in the nose to balance it to fly forward. They took lots of crashes until we broke the main blade. You CAN NOT replace the main rotor blade! You end up breaking the entire rotor in the process. I'm an experience RC plane hobbyist and own over 20 aircraft and have all the necessary tools and still could repair the blades. The second heli flew fine only one time but won't charge from the battery charger. We tried all 4 of our chargers and it sill won't work. The charger input plug on the helis is very fragile and really is the first thing to malfunction. The other 3 heli all had charger problems. If you want a micro heli it's probably better to invest more $ and get a slightly larger one. There really isn't a decent heli on the market that flies constantly good without going up to the $100.00 range. We did have fun playing with the heli's when they were working but only one out of 4 really worked well.

I bought this item for my boyfriend and he has absolutely loved it. He was never able to have these types of items as a boy. It came quickly. I will say it was smaller than I imagined. It fits in the palm of my hand. Also it is made with styrofoam so I don't know if that is necessarily good thing.
