I smoke in my car (tsk tsk, yeah yeah I know...) So anyway-I hate having a smoke odor in my car-and I insist that my car be one of those cars that people are surprised to find out that I smoke in it. So needless to say, this requires some serious car air fresheners!

Well, I have tried just about everything under the sun short of not smoking in my car-when I found this little genius thing! First-you have to know that you need to actually open it for it to work. Simple enough, right? Well, it took me awhile to figure that part out. Sad, I know.

So anyway, it works great and of course-I still have everyone wondering how I keep my car smelling so great when I'm either in Iraq and not using it at all-or smoking in it when I do have it.

Bottom line: works great-nothing bad about it! Plus, I have had it in my car since April-and it still smells just as fragrant (in July) as it did when I first got it : )

so this is my 5th squash refilll i purchase and have never had a problem with timing and packaging from L.A. gear thanks RETURNING CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! ILOVE SQUASH!!!!!!

I don't know if this smells like squash or not but i do know it's hands down the best scent you could ever put in your car! it also doesn't smell like those cheap trees that go stale after a week! this lasts me at least 60 days!

This is an excellent air freshener for your vehicle. I love the smell of bubble gum that it lets off and makes my car
smell great. I also like how it's shaped and how easily it sits on the dash on my car, with the sticky pads on the back of it. Also, the ability to be able to open/close the vents on it to control how strong you want the scent to be is a great add on.

The only little thing that got 0.5 of a mark taken off was that the smell is FAR too strong if you keep the vents opened completely. From what I've seen ,it would stink if you did that. It can be an issue if someone doesn't know that they have control
over how strong they'd like the scent to be. Other than that, great product- buy it!

Best smelling air freshener ever! The small shop that I would buy these from closed down so I was happy to find them offered here on Amazon. Smell so good that my girlfriend made me give her mine and I had to order a second one.

Never understood why this scent is called 'squash', but I like it. Smells like fruity, cotton candy, bubble gum... so it's clearly not for everyone. Don't make the mistake of opening the cartridge vents to their widest mark and leaving it in your closed car for a few days. The scent will knock you out next time you open the door, lol. That said, I think it's the best of the four options that Air Spencer offers. If you're interested in making your car as JDM authentic as you can, you really do need to have one of these inside, along with a Broadway mirror.

Can't get enough of the "squash" scent! And it seems to last a little longer than the typical air freshners. If only it was a little cheaper... :)

I purchased the Air Spencer CS-x3 from Tokyo Japanese Outlet for $10, and it is indeed the real deal. It is not a fake like some of the other listings on Amazon and this is one of the best fragrances out there for a car. Cartridge and box say Made in Japan which is what the real ones say, as opposed to Made in China on the fakes!

I've been using this freshener off an on for over 10 years. It's the best one that I've used.
