Product Description

Air Strike Patrol is a shoot ‘em up warfare simulator for the Super Nintendo (SNES). You fly a fighter jet sent to defend Sweit from the forces of Zarak. Missions include clearing the area for ground troops to attack and destroying radar sites. You play from an isometric viepoint. Weapons include missiles and bullets. You have control of the jets after burner, which allows for quick acceleration, and flares, which can counteract homing missiles. There will be plenty of enemy forces looking to shoot you down! Think you’re an ace pilot? See if you have what it takes to thwart Zarak!

This game, along with Metal Warriors, is perhaps one of the most under-rated SNES games. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

A.S.P. has you flying an A-10 or an F-15 in a desert combat scenario similar to that of the first gulf war. You'll encounter a wide variety of missions to be handled; everything from taking out enemy chemical facilities to mopping up enemy ground units.

Not much more can be said of this game other than it's worth its weight in gold. If you liked Desert-Strike, you will LOVE this game.
