This is a great product. Bakes evenly, uniform browning. Easy to clean. I'm going to buy more of this bake ware. I've had it for years and am very pleased with the results.

Can't say enough good about the product. The non-stick really works, heating is even, price is right. BUT it came delivered packaged alone, at an angle in the box, padded only by some crumpled brown paper, and it warped. I was furious! I mean, a warped cookie sheet? I bent it myself back into shape, almost, and after using it for months it is now fairly even, but not exactly. Next time I will buy this product from a local store. As it is an ungainly sized item to ship, I don't really hold the shipper to blame, but it could have been laid flat and padded with popcorn. Seemed very sloppy handling, to me.

Love this product!!! It is easy as ever to clean! It bakes perfectly with no burnt-bottom cookies or bread to complain about. Effortless is what I was looking for and that is what I got.

The air bake construction lets you bake cookies evenly and consistently. Even if you are not much of a baker, you won't have to worry about burning the bottoms when you are not sure whether or not you need an extra minute. When cookies look ready on top, the bottoms will be fine too.

This is as non-stick as a silicone baking sheet, since the bottoms of your cookies don't burn. I can't say whether this is the ideal sheet for all styles of cookies, but it's worth having among your bake ware even if you need something else for certain specialty cookies.

The only down side is that these are potentially more fragile than traditional baking sheets. You can't expect to soak these in the sink or throw a large pot on top of them without expecting damage. It's the perfect thing for my young teenage girls to bake with, but a terrible thing to keep around my pre-teen son. Under normal circumstances with reasonable care, none of this should be an issue. They even stand up to automatic dishwashers. (The cookie sheets, not my children.)

It is true that your cookies won't burn, but what I don't like is that all the cookies I make on this sheet flatten out into thin little cookies. On my old cookie sheets they hold their form and any fillings in the middle do not leak out like they do when I use this cookie sheet. Also when I go to remove the cookies from the sheet they just smush up like they aren't cooked enough. Overall I will only use this for baking pizzas and cookies that should be flat.

I've had this Airbake by Wearever sheet for about 2 years now. About a year ago (when the sheet was a year old) I noticed that my cookies were sticking to it quite badly. The nonstick surface appears to be the same as when I got it, but stuff is sticking. Stuff isn't burnt when it sticks, by the way. I only handwash this baking sheet with a regular sponge.... it's never been in the dishwasher.

Made Pillsbury crescent rolls last night and when I tried to remove them from the sheet with a spatula, 6 of the 8 rolls tore off, leaving the bottoms of the rolls stuck to the baking sheet. They weren't burnt at all, but they stuck to the pan. That about did it for me. I'll still use this sheet, but ONLY with parchment paper between the sheet and my baked goods. I made cookies last week with parchment paper on this sheet, and they all baked evenly and perfectly. I guess that's the way it's going to be.

It still gets 4 stars from me because I've found that all my nonstick pans (cake pans, loaf pans, muffin tins, skillets and saucepans) need some sort of Pam spray or a bit of oil to keep things from sticking. I've just come to accept that nonstick isn't perfectly nonstick. Weird how this is the first cookie sheet I've had cookies stick to, but it hasn't warped, so that's good. As a regular baking sheet that isn't nonstick and I have to use parchment paper or shortening to grease it with, it bakes evenly, and that's what really counts for me.

I've been baking cookies on these sheets for over 10 years now. Obviously, they last forever and the only problem is finding them in stores. I also hand wash them, which could help them last longer.

Some cookies may stick a bit, but most don't. Cookies baked on these sheets also bake better and don't get burnt bottoms like cookies baked on thin metal sheets seem to do. These are my favorite baking sheets to use and I would highly recommend them.

I have been using an airbake baking sheet for the past 5 years now. I bought this because I wanted another one. It is the best baking sheet I have ever used. It delivers consistent heat with no hot spots. I have never burnt anything using this sheet, including the bottom of cookies. I recommend it to everyone.

I LOVE this cookie sheet!!! I have 3 now because it is the only cookie sheet I will use. I baked every Christmas cookie on these this year. I made about 6 different kinds and a pastry and they all turned out perfect. I own William Sonoma cookie sheets and will not use them over these!! I am a big baker and I am very picky on what I use. Buy these and you will be happy!!!

I have two of these cookie sheets. One I bought when they first came out. It does not look the best but bakes cookies like the first day I bought it. I bought two more,one to replace another brand I have and one for our pastor and family for Christmas (along with package to make peanut butter cookies. He loves peanut butter cookies and these pans are the best for soft cookies. Also a great fit for standard size oven.
