5.0 out of 5 stars Greatest Baking Pan Ever Made
My Grandmother & Mother used these pans. You can bake anything on them and "it won't burn" They are great for everthing from baked goods to meat and fish. I use one at least 4 times a week. They are hard to find in the stores, I'm glad I found them on Amazon.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worst brand of bakeware on the market
AirBake products are horrible! I have used the cookie sheets multiple times and I have had nothing but problems. There products over-brown everything you cook and the food sticks no matter how well you grease the pans. I have better luck using my old cheap non-stick bakeware than AirBake. Buyer beware! If you do choose to buy this brand of products grease the pans...

5.0 out of 5 stars No more burnt cookies!, December 25, 2004
This review is from: AirBake by WearEver Natural 15-1/2 by 10-1/2-Inch Shallow Baking Pan/Jelly Roll (Kitchen)
These are the best cookie pans ever! I have tried to bake cookies in certain older ovens when I'm traveling, and they always seem to burn on the bottoms before the tops get done. My father-in-law suggested I try one of his AirBake pans, and the cookies came out perfect every time! I highly suggest the AirBake pans and sheets. They're wonderful, especially for cookies.

In my small RV oven, I needed a second rack. This pan measures perfectly to slide in the side rails of the oven. And I can cook biscuits without them browning/burning on the bottom.

5.0 out of 5 stars These brownie pans rock!, January 9, 2007

I love these brownie pans, I have been using them commercially for over 12 years and they are still going strong. They are not sold in many places, Amazon is one of the only sources I have for them. Once in a while I see them at Target but the pans are bundled with a lid and another baking sheet which I don't need. It took about a month to get them from Amazon but it's worth the wait. They are professional grade without the price.

To cook cookies, this is known as jelly roll sheet, and it confused me as being known as a jelly roll baking pan. This is the correct pan to bake your cookies and not burn,or distroy the tast of what your baking. They all come out perfect with the correct baking time, this is the only pan i will use in this matter, cooked my son"s army platoon a whole batch and sent them over seas, they loved them,so thaks again for the correct cooking pan for my cookies..."!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great pan, November 2, 2008
This review is from: AirBake by WearEver Natural 15-1/2 by 10-1/2-Inch Shallow Baking Pan/Jelly Roll (Kitchen)
Love this pan! Love that it cooks well and doesn't burn as easily as other pans. Airbake is phenomenal in my opinion. Only thing is that the top layer is "wrapped" over the bottom layer and not one piece as I had hoped. But then again, it is an Airbake and hense, does have air in between the layers. I just hoped that it was one solid piece with an air channel in the middle. Then water wouldn't get into the center when you wash it. But hey, I'm still happy with the pan and would buy it again.

I am enjoying both of the baking pans. They are perfect for the Texas sheet cake and the Buttermilk Brownies. I got raves on both.

There products over-brown everything you cook and the food sticks no matter how well you grease the pans. I have better luck using my old cheap non-stick bakeware than AirBake. Buyer beware! If you do choose to buy this brand of products grease the pans generously and cut the bake time and oven temperature.
