It's a perforated pizza pan works a bit better than a regular pizza pan though I'd say the difference is fairly negligible really since the pan is made of aluminum was a more heavy duty steel which in turn the pan retained more heat so crisped up pizzas pretty nice anyway. It's not a bad product by any means just don't expect any miracle pizzas as a result of the pan itself.
