I received this pan as a gift and have only used it once. The brownies baked perfectly - no dry edges, but I do have one complaint. The non-stick surface scratches very easily. Even though I didn't use a sharp knive to cut the brownies, the surface was scratched up pretty bad. I wish they could make the non-stick surface harder without having to pay upwards of $30 for a cookie sheet.

I am on my second set of Airbake Shallow Baking Pans. I wore out my first ones.

I use them to bake cookies as well as frozen foods that can be baked in the oven, such as oven fries, chicken strips, or anything that needs to be heated before eating.

I highly recommend the Airbake Shallow Baking Pan to those that prefer their oven to a microwave for cooking.
