Created using MicroDome technology, AirBake Ultra bakeware is designed to decrease bake times by up to 15 percent over traditional insulated bakeware. Insulated bakeware is made of two bonded layers of metal with a layer of air in between. The layer of air allows for even baking and browning without burning. The ultra shallow baking pan is crafted with a 100-percent-aluminum construction and premium insulation. The pan comes with a no-rust promise and is designed to be safe to clean in the dishwasher as well as safe to use with metal utensils. It measures 15 by 11 inches. A complete line of bakeware is available under the AirBake Ultra brand name in both nonstick and natural aluminum.

I had received one of these as a gift and wanted a second one. They are not easy to find in stores. Don't be mistaken by the darker pans sold by places like Bed, Bath and Beyond that say professional bakeware. Ours scorched after just one use! This pan on the other hand did not and performed beautifully and is still in great condition. Love AirBake!

The AirBake jelly roll pan is wonderful-- it has the most even, delicate heating. Nothing has burned, and it allows for very even baking. I used to have a problem with my baked goods browning too much on the bottom, but the AirBake has 100% resolved that problem. I can't bear to go back to my regular, crappy pans and so I've requested more for Christmas. And they're supposedly dishwasher safe (but I haven't tried it, so I can't say anything about that).
