This product was not ready for market.

Clunky interface. Mis-spelling in the menus. Slow to bring up channels. Often would not update the channels and seemed to be stuck on an update from several weeks ago. Weird blocks would sometimes randomly appear on the screen (not the little boxy smears that we sometimes see with digital but big segments that looked like creatures from the old Atari video games). Sound would suddenly go bad with noise. Power cycling the unit would clear the last two items but the user should not have to interrupt viewing for this.

The unit now sits in a drawer and I bought a different converter that cost about the same but is far superior.

I have this unit brand new for my moms who cant afford the $100 a month Comcast bill. This unit worked for six months and then became frozen on (1) channel and it wont move!..I read the other reviews and I have to agree, they have problems with this unit. I eneded up purhcasing an ACCESS HD and for the past two years, she is very happy with over 28 channels!

I highly recommend this item. It was easy to intall, easy to use and pulled in 26 clear channels from local providers. When I need more I will go back. Update, it is 2 months later. The item quit and I am having trouble with seller. I still recommend his product, but it seems I am getting a run around on getting a refund because product has stopped playing. He keeps emailing me and saying try this and try that to see if it works.

I brought this for my Auntwhich she is older. She was a ble to connect it to her TV and operate with ease no problems trying to install. Great for everyone

It works, It is a very basic box. If you expectations are more than this- like mine was- you will be disappointed.

This item does what it should. We've been using it since the switch from analog to digital and haven't had any problems.

This order was never finish being fill. The remote was never received, I e-mail twice about the order but heard nothing after the first e-mail.
Order from amazon from other people is not good. They will not full fill their order. I did received the RCA Digital to Analog TV Converter Box w/Analog Pass Through, but not the remote control.

just basic kind of cheap construction gets hot poor reception compared with others around the same price u still have to use 2 remotes on for tv to turn it on and the devices's for channels
