Likes: Doesn't stretch (permanently), lighter weight, doesn't kink easy, less friction while dragging around objects.
Dislikes: more 'memory' and 'springy' than rubber (easier for it to trip you, get caught on things, or twist on itself - a MAJOR safety hazard IMO), price
The increased diameter allows mutiple gun operation without the hastles of kinking or tangling. It is as easy to wrap up as the 1/4" style.
This hose does not get stuck on everything like most other types and fits much better in my hose reels. I have been buying air hoses for nearly 40 years in my line of work... The best hose on the market for sure. Oh and yes, these are made in the USA, NOT China....

Hose is nice. Does seem to want to recoil pretty badly though. Hoping this will subside with time plus warmer temperatures.Published 22 months ago by JASON H.
This long hose is very strong and flexible and allows you to keep your work nice and distant from the noisy air compressor. Read morePublished on June 3, 2011 by Tom Outler
