These are the pans I was looking for! I have owned two AirBake pans for 12 or so years and love them. Recently one of them was put in the dishwasher by a loving "helper" and even though the are "dishwasher safe" the detergent does something to the aluminum that makes it have a tarnished look and you can actually wipe it off with a dishrag. Gross. Anyway...I was nervous making this purchase because I wanted the original pans I have owned NOT the nonstick version. To me that negates the aluminum pan altogether because they give everything a nice LIGHT golden brown color and every nonstick pan I have ever baked in (cakes, muffins or cookies) are always very dark when the are done. The only difference between these and the ones I already own were the tiny dimples all over the bottom of the pan. Mine have a series of 12 lines horizontal and vertical on the bottom. The finished product isn't any different. The pans are both the same size...14 by 16 and the recipe book is a little lame, 11 recipes from cinnamon rolls to pizzas but the pans are the star of this combo.

I desperately needed new airbake pans. These are great at a reasonable price. I have used them several times without any problems. One hint is I always use parchment paper, which keeps your pans clean with out wear and discoloration. It's also great for removing the cookies.

For the longest time, I've been doubling up cookie sheets when baking macarons. After some research, I finally decided to throw down for some insulated cookie sheets - I'm beginning to wonder WHY I didn't do this sooner! The Airbake Ultra cookie sheets are fantastic for making macarons! When paired with a silicone mat (or parchment paper), the cookies come out perfect, without worry of overly browned or stuck bottoms. I tested out a few batches of sugar cookies, and got the same result: perfectly baked cookies with lightly browned bottoms! I can't praise these cookie sheets enough! These cookie sheets are hand washed only and should not be run in the dish washer.

Highly recommended.

I got these as a Christmas gift and I LOVE them! They're not lying when they say no more burnt cookies. They'll get crunchy if you leave them in the oven too long, but they don't get dark. My only complaint is that they won't fit in my dishwasher, as they're too tall. I would definitely recommend these though.

Airbake pans really do prevent burning and bake cookies more evenly. Others tell me they don't cool down enough between batches, and I understand that, but I still love them. I say, if that's a concern, buy more!

I bought this set from either Walmart or Target a good year ago. They're still in perfect shape. Anything I bake on these always comes out cooked even and perfect. I love them! Don't put them in the dishwasher - it only takes a swipe of a soapy rag or sponge to clean them. If I ever have to replace them, I will definitely buy this brand again.

I am really loving these cookie sheets. I love cookies but have had them burnt alot now with these air bake cookie sheets no burnt cookies

These cookie sheets are worth the money and cook evenly and the cookies set up nicely. I highly recomend these to any cookie lovers.

These are the best on the market and the price was much cheaper than I was able to find in ANY retail store!! These have been used several times since I purchased them and as long as you wash them by hand I would not expect any issues with life span. Would order from this vendor again...

I ordered these pans because all the reviews on them are stellar, and maybe they are for cookies, as I haven't actually baked cookies on them but surely sheet pans do and should have more then one use.

The handful of times I've used these the pan has buckled up at the corners...every single time. This isn't disastrous while making something like Sicilian pizza, but I can imagine it being a problem when baking cookies. Also both times I've made baked breaded chicken on them it's left the bottoms very soggy, so soggy I almost didn't even want to eat it. The first time I used cooking spray, and thought maybe that's where I went wrong, and the second time I hadn't and I still had very soggy chicken. At least they're living up to the guarantee to not burn anything.

I do have to say I love the size, these sheet pans are huge and their slim design makes them easy store in my cabinet, but that is also their downfall, structurally these pans are a little flimsy so if the weight of the food isn't distributed pretty evenly over the surface it can make me a little nervous pulling them out of the oven.

Another thing that is bitter sweet about these pans is their one lipped side, It's great being able to grab the lip and easily slide items onto a serving plate but unlike most other cookie sheets this one can't double as a jelly roll pan - which obviously I knew when purchasing them but at the time of purchase I had thought I'd end up being thrilled with these pans in every other aspect.

If I ever decide to bake cookies on these things I'll be sure to edit my review if my results differ from the ones I've had thus far, but for now I think I'm having a bit of buyer's remorse as I could have gotten 4 Wilton Cookie pans for the cost of these two and they would have had a world of uses.
