I like using this product. It gives me an extra boost in fighting off colds etc. I ordered it online here in a three pack to try and save some money on it, but with the shipping cost I didn't really save any. I'll probably just continue to buy it at my local store from now on.

I was taking this at least twice a day and with lots of water when I had to work for a couple of months in a filthy warehouse with a bunch of people who were sniffling and coughing and refused to stay home when they were sick. I also used a lot of hand sanitizer and even cleaned my equipment before I touched it. This helped keep me from getting a cold, but it did not help keep me from catching some other virus similar to the flu that was going around. The stuff tastes good, and also helps maintain your energy level when you start to feel tired. I gave it three stars because it is so darned expensive and I got sick anyway even taking it two times a day.

Grapefruit flavor has been discontinued in our area. We
find it the best flavor. It works great at heading off
virus and bacterial winter problems. Have used it since
it was first on the market several years ago. Don't care
for the sweet berry or other flavors.

I haven't tried these after I already have a cold, I have COPD so respiratory illnesses are an especially bad thing for me. I mostly stay at home, and usually only take these when I am going to be around people in the cold and flu season. Maybe they do a good job, or maybe they don't, but I haven't had a cold or flu in quite some time.

The lemon lime ones are not bad tasting. Neither are the pink grapefruit. They did make a nighttime apple flavored one, I could not have drunk except at gunpoint. I guess they might have stopped making it.

Placebo or not? When I start feeling sick I tend to not have as much energy and, thus, do not tend to eat as healthy. So, as just a nutritional supplement Airborne does help me fight whatever is attacking my immune system. The grapefruit flavor complements the ingredients best.
