Guy V. Morris is chief of the radar systems division and program manager of electronics counter-countermeasures at Georgia Tech Research Institute, Atlanta. He earned his M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California. Linda Harkness is senior research engineer at Georgia Tech Research Institute. She holds an M.S. in applied mathematics from Clemson University.
