Perfect Exercise Mat,

This mat is wonderful for just about every exercise that you can do on the floor. might be a little too thick for yoga, but it depends on personal preference. I am a physical therapist and use it for balance training with some of my patients b/c it is so compliant and my 5 y/o niece likes to sit on it to watch TV. It's a little spendy (expensive). Would have liked to pay about $25 less for this mat. I was almost going to give this a 4 star rating b/c of the price, but it really "almost" seems worth the price.

Airex Corona Exerise Mat,
By I use this mat on the deck of our pool for aquatic instructors. We all love it. There is great support and you don't slip. It is the perfect size. |
