4.0 out of 5 stars The Airlords of Han, December 25, 2009
By
Interesting that Philip Francis Nowlan was able to do much the same as Jules Verne in predicting the future. In Airlords of Han, he coined the term disrays (The Laser Beam), Anti-gravity belts, View Plates (Flatscreen monitors), light weight clothing, atomic energy, and many other technological achievements. A must read for the science fiction community. If you are a lay scientist, a science fiction buff, or a dreamer this is a good book to read. Realize the TV was not yet invented when Philip Francis Nowlan wrote this piece for Amazing Stories.
