I can't even begin to pronounce the name of this album or the original titles in Finnish, but it's a work of absolute beauty and simplicity. Mostly piano with some subtle electronics, drums, bass and male voice, it's a work of dark but quiet intensity. I haven't heard more of Tenhi's music, but based on this one album I'm now seeking out their other albums. Note that this album was originally released under the band name "Harmaa"--apparently the same group, it was later re-released as Tenhi. Highly recommended. I can't compare it to much, though Sigur Ros comes to mind. I can say that if you like progressive, folk, and a little darkness mixed with your beauty, you should check it out.

Update: I've now gotten all of the Tenhi albums, and they're all terrific. This one is still my favorite though, and it's the simplest.
