Since I didn't see it listed either in the specs or the reviews, I'll just note that (according to the box it comes in), this is the replacement cartridge for Venta-Sonic models:

VS 100
VS 205
VS 207


I can confirm it fits properly in the VS 207, since that's what I have.

They don't carry it at Bed, Bath, and Beyond anymore, so this is the only place I could find it.

We had difficulty to find the product. Thank Amazon.com. I found it here. The shipping is fast. I will order in the future.

The filter was an exact replacement for the system we have at home; after ordering it it arrived within a week (sooner than expected) and it cost us less than half what was been advertised by their competitors. I would definitively buy again from this site.

Blue flakes formed in excess water beginning with second cleaning process within a two and a half week period (a pattern of three consecutive nights on, two days without use of humidifier throughout the 2 1/2 week period). Never happened during the previous two years of performance. Purchased two filters: Preparing to use second filter much sooner than expected (filters are advertised to be used for to two months with normal use). Hopefully, the second filter will meet with previous satisfaction, and only one refund will need to be requested.

I'm glad that this filter is still available on-line. We bought two Venta humidifiers a few years ago at a local store, and at the time they were carrying replacement filters for this brand. They stopped carrying them recently and this year we thought we were going to have to shell out another $200 + dollars to get the latest humidifiers.

The demineralization filter does a great job of reducing the buildup of calcium, lime, and rust. It's also convienent to change out.

This is a must have for this humidifier. We bought this humidifer last year and love it. Low maintenance, easy to fill and store.

The venta humidifier is a great product. While you still have to purchase a filer, it is not very expensive or expensive at all.

This filter didn't seem to make any difference in the amount of white minerals emitted by the Venta humidifier. It may have made a difference for a week or two at most. I replaced the original one after 1 month and gave up on the second one after two weeks. I returned the humidifier. I don't know if breathing all the minerals is any better for you than the effects of dry air.

Last year I purchased the dehumidifier at Bed, Bath and Beyond and they assured me that they would continue to carry the filters this year...not the case....so I was really glad to be able to find it on line and it's exactly the same as the original that came with the unit. Replacement was easy and I'm very happy with the product.
