I have an 8 year old autistic son who absolutely LOVES this trampoline! It's in our back yard and he spends hours on it every day...sometimes jumping, sometimes just lying on it and looking at the sky. It's high enough to discourage my 2 year old daughter from attempting to join him. It is amazingly durable and there aren't any springs to cause potential injury. The only drawback is that setup is difficult for your average Mom and Dad. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product. By the way, the recommended jumping guide with instructions is fabulous.

This trampoline has been a real disappointment for our family. It is less than two years old and has already completely lost its spring. The straps that hold the jumping surface are all stretched out. The kids complain that it no longer has any spring. I will be contacting the manufacturer today to see how well they will stand by their product. If they don't, I would not recommend that anyone purchase a trampoline with this design. Our friends have a trampoline with a spring suspension system. Theirs is still great after many years of jumping.

Our family have found this product to be extremely disappointing. The bands are in no way equivalent to the bounce provided by springs on a more traditional trampoline. We were attracted to the band system because it seemed a safer alternative for children. However, the end result is a trampoline with very little bounce. An expensive mistake (bought in the UK). Try before you buy is our motto!

Okay. First off, this toy is great for the FIRST year. But its durability just SUCKS after that. Also, if you've already bought it, and you're having trouble with putting it together, here are a few tips:
1. When attatching the safety foam, you need to poke holes YOURSELF! 2. There is a difference between the attachment poles! 3. When pulling the tarp over, it is 100x easier if you use the tools given. Please think before you buy this: How long do you want to keep using this product? If your answer is more than 2 years, I highly recommend you get another product. I hope my review was helpful.

As a family of 5 we bought this trampoline with the intent of enjoying it for many years but it has quickly fallen apart. The covering over the edges is not removable and ours has holes in it but we cannot replace just the side covers without buying a whole jumping surface. Also without the springs the jumping surface is alot less springy.

The kids love this trampoline, and it can support several kids at once with no problem. My disappointment is the cover around the edges fell about within a couple of years. Replacement parts cost almost as much as the trampoline!

This trampoline has almost no bounce at all! The straps used as springs wear and tear easily. It's pretty easy to set up the tramp; although, the net can get confusing. Oh! And if you think small of me I can tell you im not the average kid,
I can weld! Anyways, choose a different trampoline this one is TERRIBLE.

Do not buy from Airzone/Bravo--poor, poor quality!,

We received this trampoline as a gift during the Spring of 2009. We separately purchased the trampoline enclosure manufactured by this same company to fit this exact trampoline. Neither product made it past three months of use. The trampoline pad, which is sewn into the mat, is non-replaceable and disintegrated after three months of use, exposing the bands underneath. The enclosure didn't fair well either. After one month's use, the material surrounding the zipper ripped and made the zipper unusable. Two month later, every single strap on the enclosure attached to the poles completely ripped off. The material used to secure the poles has completely disintegrated and falls apart in my hands. The quality of material used to construct this trampoline is very low quality and disintegrates at the slightest hint of moisture or sunshine.
The other reason to not buy from Airzone/Bravo is their customer service department is HORRIFIC! Easily the worst I have ever dealt with. I called them immediately after experiencing problems and they told me the weather was to blame. There's no way the weather would have eaten away at my trampoline that quickly. I could hear the customer service rep typing away in the background even though she was not taking any of my information. I highly suspect she was chatting with friends while taking my call. She was so unintentive that she wouldn't even properly answer my questions. I asked to speak to her supervisor and dealt with more of the same. In conclusion, I am glad this trampoline was given to us as a gift. My financial loss is only for the $150 enclosure. Had I paid full price and had this experience, I would have been very, very unhappy. So for those of you researching this company, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Your money will be better spent elsewhere. |
