A OK for the Bolivian Flavor I was looking for.,

I was looking for Aji Colorado which is used in Bolivian cooking. Angelina's advised that this was the closest according to her spice specialists. It appears to be very, very close to the flavor and scent of the Bolivian spice. After spending a fortune to get a few small envelopes of Aji from Boliva, I am thrilled to find something very similar for a great price.
