Plays DVD, SVCD, VCD, MP3, JPEG on Any TV - RemoteI returned back this product to the seller per Amazon request because it just did not work. I called them, they promised to reprogram product and mail it to me. Nothing happened. I called again. The agent accused me of returning broken product. That is not just true. That is the end of it and I am out of my money. I need Amazon to refund me or I will have to reconsider using the site to make any additional purchases.

I have no issues with this product. Worked really nice so far as I've had it for over one year.

The door only opens about two-thirds of the way, making it very difficult to get a DVD into it without scratching it, especially since it has a very narrow opening to begin with. I dread putting double-sided DVDs into it for fear of scratching them. When I first opened the DVD case I found the DVD player to have huge chunks of greece on it which I had to clean off, and believe me it wasn't easy. The remote buttons don't always work right. And when I played my first DVD in it, I heard a loud bang come from the DVD player, then my DVD froze, and I couldn't get the DVD player to work until I unplugged it and plugged it back in again. But after that it started working good, and luckily I haven't had any problems with it since then. And so far, I haven't scratched any of my DVDs, but then again I'm always EXTREMELY careful when putting my DVDs in and taking them out for fear of it. And I've got to admit I've had worse DVD players, but I still do NOT recommend this one!
