This is a beautiful watch. It has the right size, it looks good, and the low price is the reason I purchased it. However, when placed on on my winder with five other watches it stops running after several hours. I have to wind it manually in order for it to keep time; my other five watches wind and keep time reliably on the winder. Since it is still under warranty, I may have to return it! What a shame! I had to return the watch with a check of $15.00 dollars. This is the amount for servicing the watch. After about 45 days the watch was returned with no explanation of what the problem was (is). Unfortunately the watch still has the same problem, it runs down even when placed on the winder! You have to constantly wind it manually, for some reason the watch doesn't respond well to automatic winding. If you purchase this watch brace yourself for the need to wind it even if you have it on a winder!

This is a great looking watch for the money. I cannot give it 4 or 5 stars because of two important factors. The first is that it probably would have been better if they put a high quality rubber or leather strap on it, or something that wasn't pigskin. The strap is the only thing that doesn't do this watch any justice. The second important factor...and this is HUGE, the stupid website from the manufacturer doesn't exist!!! I am not thrilled about that because in the event something happens I might be stuck with a watch that doesn't work, or could pay out the nose for repairs from an outside source. Makes you wonder if this company is belly up and these watches are the last of a batch that are being blown out for a bargain price.

If you are willing to take the risk and you get one that functions it definitely is a timepiece that will grab the attention of people. There is a photo of the watch that I uploaded for people to refer to instead of the stock photo.

A decent chinese made automatic watch. It resembles bell and ross watches which are thousands of dollars. It has a very attractive design and is large/solid/heavy. On mine the hand's don't line up exactly at 12 but what can you expect from a chinese watch priced this low? However, it's not supposed to be a complicated fix for a watch repair otherwise just exchange it.

Excellent watch for the price. Bell and Ross design, but not a ripoff. It has its own distinct style. Arrived as advertised
Leather band could be just a bit longer.

both clocks will stop in the morning if you do not wear them during the night.

The watch is great looking and is somewhat of a Bell & Ross look alike! It sits well on the wrist and is comfortable to wear.For a heavy watch like the Akribos XXIV, Amazon should provide the option of ordering an additional strap!!
The delivery was delayed which was rather prompt for my earlier packages, which were also watches shipped/sourced from the U.S. I hope I am not subjected to this for my future orders!

Nice watch and a bang for the buck. Wish it has a better band though - I suggest a rubber band as an optional accessory to the pig skin leather band it came with. The overall design is wonderful and definitely a watch to beat at this price range.

When I first opened the box I was like,WOW.

some friends are they love it as well.
I would buy another one,that's how much I liked it.

I was almost going to buy this buteaful watch ,the only thing stop me bying this.because the strap of this watch is made of pig skin.
i wish you would have the same watch with the strap made of any other animal skin ,so i could add this to my colection thanks

THIS IS THE BIG COMPETITOR OF BELL & ROSS WATCHES FOR JUST A FRACTION OF THE MONEY.
EVERYTHING LOOKS OF HIGH QUALITY ON THIS TIME PIECE. IT'S HEAVY AND COMFORTABLE.
THE CARBON FIBER LOOK ON DIAL AND THE LEATHER BAND GIVE TO IT AN AMAIZING TOUCH.
NEVERTHELESS I'D LIKE TO BE THE ONLY ONE WEARING IT IN THE STREET, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
