First I want to warn anyone considering purchasing this watch that it is yellower and MUCH darker than it appears in the online pictures. Thankfully I like the dark yellow color of the band so I was not too upset. It arrived very fast but was broken! There was some strange screw that didn't even belong to the watch that must have fallen in and was stuck in the movement obstructing it. It took a long time to finally get through to Akribos customer service; they told me I would have to pay to have it shipped back to them to make the repair. Thankfully I was able to take it apart to remove the screw myself and it now works fine. Even after all this I gave this watch a four star rating because it is just so beautiful. I love this watch now and wear it all the time just beware that Akribos has very poor customer service.

The second hand fell off and was floating around in watch.
Called Amazon to return and they were out of stock to do a replacement.
Now they are in stock again and will NOT do an exchange?! bc now its been more than 30 days.
They asked me to now contact the manufacturer.
WASTE of money to be sending it around to be fixed when in no way was it my fault. I am disapointed in how Amazon handled this.
Good luck.
