Great Organizer
I got more than I expected after reading the other reviews but took a chance anyway. I am pleased with the construction and the various drawer sizes. This product filled my needs.

Customer service needs work.
I received my order relatively quickly but had to return it because it came with missing drawers. It took several days for them to respond to my email but they finally sent me another storage system however, they didn't want the old one sent back. Now I have a storage file with missing drawers that I hope to someday get the missing drawers for or find another purpose for...

I use this to hold random A/V items like banana plugs, etc. This does the trick and the two size drawers work perfectly.

They don't make the drawers really transparent. Now it is harder to see what's inside.
