I love this birdbath and so do the birds!
I bought this birdbath about 5 years ago just before moving into my new house. I had to be careful about spending money at that point and I managed to pick it up for $25 at a big box pet store close out. Knowing now what I didn't know then it is well worth the full price. I am so glad I bought it. The light weight made it so easy to handle getting in out of the store, car...

It's plastic!
Looking more closely at the 'lightweight' description should have clued me in.... but this is just plastic! 'black granite' was what I was expecting. Priced quite high for plastic!

I bought this birdbath about 5 years ago just before moving into my new house. I had to be careful about spending money at that point and I managed to pick it up for $25 at a big box pet store close out. Knowing now what I didn't know then it is well worth the full price. I am so glad I bought it. The light weight made it so easy to handle getting in out of the store, car and into the yard. You just fill the pedestal with a bag of play sand to weight it down. It's durable and attractive. It is holding up very well to the sun and weather after all these years, obviously not your garden variety discount store plastic bird bath. This one comes with a 10 year warranty! I'm glad I gave it a try! My Eastern Bluebirds and others love it!
