Lucky Ali is one of the best musicians in India at this time. His music is a pleasant relief from the mainstream Indian Movie music. This is not his best CD though. I liked "Sunoh" a lot better.

Its good music. Been 11 years, but some of these songs have hardly gotten old.

Lucky Ali has a world sound and a strong vision to lead his music. always comes up with well produced melodious songs. Has great lines here and there if you are into hindi lyrics.

If you're not from south east Asia, you'll like Lucky Ali if you like any of these:

John Mayer, Massive attack, Hans Zimmer scores, A R Rehman, The Doors, Shakti, Beatles, Trilok Gurtu, Bob Marley, Enrique, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Avril Lavigne, Afro celt sound system, instrumental Nine inch nails, Imogen Heap, Linkin park (minutes to midnight), black eyed peas, Eminem, fort minor, etc.

Aks is more pop than many mentioned here, but sounds like them in some way.

All the songs in album of lucky ali's AKS are mind blowing, awesome and addictive. It will completely unwind emotions of listner who like some different kind of music.
