THIS IS AN INSIGHTFUL AND COLORFUL EXPOSITION OF JUSTICE as it was typically dealt in the 1920s,

highlighting it good points,

but not failing to dramatize the ills of a system that,

in the end,

was to bring about the Hawk's own fall from grace---

a fall that resulted from the willful mainpulation of the media by power-hungry politicians---

and that,

after all,

has not changed."
