One sunny Sunday, the caterpillar was hatched out of a tiny egg. He was very hungry. On Monday, he ate through one apple, on Tuesday he ate through two pears, on Wednesday he ate through three plums - and still he was hungry. Strikingly bold, colorful pictures and a simple text in large clear type tell the story of the hungry little caterpillar's progress through and amazing variety and quantity of foods. Full at last, he made a cocoon around himself and went to sleep, to wake up a few weeks later wonderfully transformed into a butterfly. Book written in Arabic.

I bought this for my 2 year old biligual granddaughter. It's a very high quality book; she loves it. It's written in standard Arabic, but close enough to colloquial to be understandable. 5 stars!

I wish this one came in a board book edition; nonetheless, I was taken by this beautiful book--the glossy pages, the vibrant colors. The Arabic is written with tashkeel.
It's just as I remembered it from my childhood, and now I have an Arabic edition to treasure.

Great seller,,

My book arrived late and in damaged condition. I believe the delivery was late due to bad weather and no fault of the seller. The book was creased in the middle and the corners severely bent and partially frayed. I made contact with the seller and they offered to refund the cost of the book or replace it. I would definitely order from this seller again.
