Don't pass this CD by!,
This review is from: Is Love (Audio CD)
With the exception of the silly song "Rhymes", this CD is sensational! "Could I Be The One", "There Is Love", and especially "The Love Sermon" are worth the price of the CD alone! There is no Gospel/R&B confusion here - this CD is purely about love and sensuality (and I ain't mad at all). "Love Ritual" is a rather strange but relatively decent song - it just does not belong on this CD (and the original version - the one without the strings, and on another CD - is better anyway). It is also a treat to hear Al sing a whole song in a sweet, airy falsetto that brings the great Eddie Kendricks to mind in "I Wish You Were Here". I have all of Al Green's 70's albums and this one definitely ranks as one of the top 3.

I like every song on this disc. This disc plays continuously for me. But then all Al Green discs play continuously for me. Please continue.
