Wow! I have to say that Alabama has set a new standard for DVD!! I bought the "For The Record" DVD yesterday and I love it! This DVD alone is a reason to spend the money on a DVD player!! The commentary for all 42 songs is the BEST! It's also nice to have scrolling lyrics to all the songs if you need them and to get a glimpse behind the scenes look of the concert. It will take me a while to get through all the extras on the disk, but so far I love every one!! The addition of the "How Do You Fall In Love" video is a great little extra also. To everyone: This disk is a MUST HAVE for any Alabama fan!!

The Alabama For the Record DvD is an Awsome piece of Artistry.
It shows not only the wonderful musical talent that these Guys have but also all of the Accompishments as well as the many Charities that they are devoted to. Alabama is the Band of the Centry and this DVD Shows why. The Dvd Also shows how devoted Alabama is to their Fans, and how proud the people in the music industry are of them and all they have done. As Alabama embarks on their FairWell Tour this "Live DVD" is a must for any Country Music Fan. Thanks From a Fan for 23 years

I have been an Alabama fan ever since I saw them at Knotts Berry Farm many years ago. I told the non-believers that this group would be the greatest band, ever.

Well, this DVD is the best performance by Alabama. It not only demonstrates incredible talent, it gives lyrics, behind the scene shots, and much more. In reflection, this DVD symbolizes the candle that sits in my window, still burning into the night. It validates what I have been telling everyone all along.

The 'boys in the band' are now legends and they have made a tremendous impact upon millions of lives around the world. Anyone that has ever had their doubts about country music, it ain't about that. There is much more to Alabama than country music. Give it a shot. ROLL ON!

Can't say enought about the service from Amazon or this dvd. It arrived on my doorstep here in NewZealand just 10 days after ordering it. Great service Amazon. And what can you say about Alabama?. Course you'd only expect the best dvd from the best band ever and that's what you get with this one. Plus scrolling lyrics if you want to turn them on and have a sing-along. I hope the music never stops from Alabama.If you are a fan, don't go past this one.

It features 41 number one hits live, with scrolling lyrics, so you can sing along with it. It's a whole concert with commentary of some people.

You can pick songs via the song menu. Great!

I have lots of DVDs, but this one is my favorite. It has many, many extras, plus EXCELLENT sound and video. The concert and behind the scenes video would be enough to satisfy even the casual listener, but Alabama packs in lots more for their fans. I love having commentary and/or scrolling lyrics for each song, and the addition of the "How Do You Fall In Love" music video is a real treat. Alabama knows how to treat their fans, and this EXCELLENT DVD proves it!

This DVD illustrates why Alabama has been referred to as a 'Supergroup" for the past few years. From the first to the last, Alabama's 41 #1 hits take us through the evolution of the band's various styles, each one built on the last but unique in its own right. This is a band for all seasons, and for all musical tastes - there is something here for everyone. There's no better time to own it now that Alabama has launched its American Farewell Tour. To date, Alabama's music is unparalleled.

Now first off, I've never seen this tape. However I did see the actual 3 hour pay-per-view. Now whether this tape contains the entire concert is beyond me. But if it does, you're in for a REAL treat.

The concert contained Alabama performing all 41 #1 hits live in Las Vegas, not to mention the 4 other songs. So in total, there are 45 tunes performed by the best country band around.

Now on the tape cover, it says VOLUME ONE. Now I don't see a VOLUME TWO anywhere around here so I wonder what that means.

If this tape contains the full concert, then I highly suggest you get this. It's a must for any Alabamaholic. lol

This DVD is simply awesome. It has all their best music from their entire career. It also includes segments on the history of the band and their accomplishments. I have been an Alabama fan since their first album and continue to be a fan now. This band is not done yet.

I rented this DVD from NetFlix. My Wife loved it so much that now I am buying it for her for Christmas. You don't have to be a country fan or an Alabama fan to appreciate this concert video. The performance is excellent and the features are what makes DVD worth having. Shhhhhhh! Don't tell my wife before Christmas.
