It took me a few days to get used to the "Poc!Poc" sound of closing hinges (and not make use of my mace spray), but I love the item! It's spacious, and the sandwiches don't get squeezed anymore! The ice pack lasts for hours. It is a good for school, picnics, beach, car trips.
Good to have it.
