The best mugs you can buy or own!! This is my second purchase.I had my first one for 10 years. The lid just now started to leak. I looked for 2 years for a replacement of my original mug. They keep hot things hot and cold things cold. The lids are very tight.

I'm SO bummed. I was so excited when I ordered these cups because I really wanted something at least 20 oz that would keep my coffee/tea hot during my long commutes. I was STUNNED when I discovered that there is no way to cover the little hole you drink out of. This is most definitely not a travel mug. It is fine around the house and even for camping - it is nice and large and comfortable to hold and I love everything about it except the fact that it spills incredibly easily while driving in the car. I live in a very cold climate, so having the drink hole open all the time causes the liquid to cool off faster than I would like in addition to being very spillable. Bummer. I can't afford to buy something else for a while .. I splurged on these for my husband and I and he refuses to use his for his morning commute.

I purchased these mugs thinking they were Aladdin mugs.These are mugs made by Thermo-Serv.They seem to be quality mugs but dont be fooled by the description,Aladdin Style mugs.They are not Aladdin mugs.

I was down to only one Aladdin 20 oz mug from the 4 that I had 15 yrs ago, so I was over-joyed to find that I could get more. My original lids are too loose on the new mugs, so I have to sort them out before use. Also the handles on the new mugs are not all the way to the top like the originals. With the handle attached lower, there is only about a 1/2 inch of mug to stick in the cup holder of my truck. It hasn't spilled yet... They're still great, just too bad they're not identical to the originals.

My favorite mug (which I use for ice water at work) for over 10 years has been an Alladin insulated mug like these Thermo-Serve mugs, so about a year ago, we decided to order a few 20 ounce Thermo-Serve mugs and a few 34 ounce Thermo-Serve mugs to use at home. I like the 34 ounce size - you can put a whole tray of ice cubes in it, fill with water, then fill the tray and put the tray back in the freezer. My wife likes these smaller 20 ounce mugs. We use them for ice water and at everyday meals for milk, juice, etc. These mugs are really durable and you can put them on top or bottom rack of the dishwasher with no problems. They keep iced drinks colder longer than non-insulated cups. They are a little expensive, but since they last so long and do such a great job, we think they are more than worth the price.

These mugs were to replace ones I bought many years ago that have served me well. The new ones are almost identical to the originals with a few minor improvements and appear to be of at least the same quality. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The originals have proven to be extremely rugged including falling off of the roof of my minivan and bouncing/rolling 20' down a sloped asphalt driveway 3 years ago. The new ones appear to be similarly made.

I have used this type of mug for 20 years or so............ Each morning I put our coffee in these mugs because the coffee stays hot and delicious for a long time. I also fill these mugs to the top and don't have to make multiple cups. They are a great product for yourself or for gifts. They are also great for brewing tea, which I also do in the afternoon. Enjoy!

We've had trouble finding this size mug, which fits perfectly in our cupholders in our van and truck. We were very pleased with them, and they arrived quickly.
