It's loud and it vibrates! It's great!

My daughter placed the vibrator under his pillow and the clock high on the wall where he had to get out of bed to turn it off. The numbers are big enough to read from across the room, and he hasn't been late to school since!

Although he has several alarm clocks, he could sleep through all of them, so I used to call him on the phone to wake him up. Sometimes it took several calls to accomplish this, because he could sleep through a ringing phone, too!

He doesn't sleep through the Wake Assure, though.

It's a good clock. I recommend it to anyone who has trouble waking up to an ordinary alarm clock.

This thing works like it said it would. During the summer I've got fan's and a portable a/c unit going on in my bedroom. The alarm clock I had to begin with was indeed very loud and very annoying but would often times finding myself sleeping right through it with the droning of all the other equipment present. Now there's no doubt exactly when the alarm is going off. If you have a night stand where you keep a lamp along with your alarm clock, this would no doubt be a 5 star product for you. As for me it lost a star because the lamp I want it connected to is far enough away from where I want to place the bed shaker, I have to leave the alarm clock itself on the floor in between. Maybe one of these days I'll get motivated and lengthen it.

I couldn't wake-up my kids for love or money. A tree could fall on them and they would not notice. This alarm does the job. What a relief... I highly recommend it. It has made my mornings easier.

My teen daughter's alarm clock woke up everyone else in the house while she snored on. She tried to wake up on time. We were making threats of making her go to bed at 9 pm. She balked at the bed shaker part, but she loves it now. I don't know how well the light part works - i don't think she uses it.

My son no longer sets his alarm for an hour before he needs to get out of bed! Three weeks and still going strong. The pillow thumper is now on the floor, but is still effective (my husband and I smile when we hear it from his room!) The only small negative is that he wishes the light would flash on and off. The product arrived in good time and was easy to set up.

This clock wakes up my daughter (who can sleep through just about anything)! We tried several alarm clocks and none of them worked after about a week. She has been using this clock for a month and it wakes her every day.

i'm 32 and have been impossible to wake since i was a kid. this worked the first morning. no endless snoozes, no gradual wake-up, no invasive alarm, just a real "get out of bed" sensation that got me up and on my way to work. i was awake, showered, and out the door 30 minutes after the alarm went off, even fed my cat and grabbed a banana before i headed out the door.

the bed shaker and lamp combo is amazing. i am almost stunned, i never knew waking up easily like everyone else was something i could do too, haha.

This Alarm Clock WILL NOT WORK IN A POWER OUTAGE you can use a backup battery and it will keep the time current however it will not display the time or sound the alarm during a power outage.

This Alarm Clock is SEVERELY overpriced. Take your $50 and spend it on an Alarm Clock from a reputable manufacture.
