A waste of money,

I'm giving a low rate for this car alarm because it was difficult to find in the Chicago area a shop to accept to install it. After extensive search I found one shop but in the end they didn't install it right. I wasted a lot of time trying to fix the installation with no good results. The only features I cold use were arm/disarm the system without door lock/unlock and remote start. The remotes are bulky and easy to break. One of them broke in a couple of days after installation. The range of 9000 feet is not realistic. It seems that in hot weather they only work up to 30 feet. I finally replaced it with anther system. So in the end it was a huge headache in addition to a waste of time and money.
