Product Description
Lobster Spread is the newest addition to our line of spreads. A combination of lobster and cream cheese, this light and fluffy, easy-to-serve product is quickly becoming our second most popular spread. We have added a special touch by blending our Lobster Spread with brandy, making for a very special and distinct flavor. Lobster is trucked in from the waters of the North Atlantic Ocean and blended with our local Salmon and cream cheese to create a mild, savory appetizer. Once the spread is mixed at our plant it is placed in a can, sealing in the flavor with a peel-back lid for an easy-to-serve delicacy. Your quick and easy preparation requires simply opening the package and placing the spread on a serving platter with a garnish, such as parsley. Enjoy with breadsticks, crackers, or toast. The product is shelf stable until opened and then must be kept refrigerated to enjoy over the next few days. The easy-open lid and lightweight packaging make Lobster Spread a wonderful choice for travelers or for shipping as that perfect gift to someone special.

unfortunate off-taste,

This product sounds good because the only ingredients are lobster, salmon, cream cheese, brandy, salt, and spices. Unfortunately it is not fluffy, and the taste is off. We like most foods but not this one. My guess is that the lobster is some cheap leftover after using the good lobster meat for something else. Note that the lobster supposedly comes by truck thousands of miles across North America from east to west. Sorry, this one is going to our dog.
