I bought this as a gift for my parents (which they kindly shared with me), and I have to say that was some of the BEST smoked salmon I ever ate! It was much more tender and fresh tasting than anything else we have found in the stores near us. The box was also lovely and it arrived very quickly. I definately will order this again sometime!!
