I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!!!!
I lOVE this book!!!! I got it for Christmas and WOW!!!! This book has BEAUTIFUL PICS!!!! I love it SO much I REALLY recommend this picture and information full book!!!!!

A book not about Malamutes
I felt cheated when I got this book. It is not a book about Malamutes, contrary to the title. It is a book about general dog care, and not a very good one at that. Except for the pictures and a brief description about the breed, it could as well as be about any other breed, as the emphase seems to be on home and show dogs, and definitely not on Arctic dogs The same...

I felt cheated when I got this book. It is not a book about Malamutes, contrary to the title. It is a book about general dog care, and not a very good one at that. Except for the pictures and a brief description about the breed, it could as well as be about any other breed, as the emphase seems to be on home and show dogs, and definitely not on Arctic dogs The same publisher has published essentially the same book with a different title ('Siberian Huskies') and a different author name. Anyone with a serious interest in Alaskan Malamutes should find this book useless.
