I found this little book very helpful. The daily entries are written by the teens themselves. The direct, to the point style they bring to issues around living with Alcoholism make this book very readable. Many topics on emotions and issues common to growing up, not just alcoholism are also covered. Adults will also find it helpful. I like that the book is small enough to fit in my purse, so I can carry it anywhere. I would encourage anyone who is bothered by another's drinking to get a copy of this book.

Got this for my younger brother after I started taking him to Alateen meetings. It's been a great tool for him as it was for me when I was a teen. Can't beat the prices of program literature on Amazon. Unbelievably cheap!!

This book is a great daily reader. It has great information and I highly recommend it to anyone who deals with alcoholism in hteir friends or family members.

Great daily reader for teens in the fellowship. But is also good for adults to learn from too. It's simple and deep enough to understand and get good things from it. Being 25 and having other daily readers, this was a good one to add to the collection!

prompt delivery and excellent condition. very helpful book for young people with daily readings to help them get through hard times. works better if you attend alateen meetings to help understand the concept of the progam.
