This biography is as I expected: precise, light reading, as opposed to a psychological "tome." It covers this iconic actor mostly from a professional point of view, but also gives coverage of his personal involvements, starting from childhood. I would have liked more photographs, although the ones included were fine. My general impression is that Finney doesn't let anyone get too close to his "inner core," but has led a busy, productive life. I'm completely satisfied with this purchase.
