An old enemy has resurfaced and is using Khadaji's own methods to upset the new Republic. Kidnapping Juete and attacking President Rajeem Carlos, Sleel, Bork, Dirisha and Geneva are part of a plan to bring Khadaji out of retirement and into the fray, where the old enemy can extract his vengence.
