Albinoni: Complete Concertos Op.5 & 7 is a recording under the direction Vottorio Negri who leads the Berlin Chamber Orchestra on this Philips Classics recording from 1999. Albinoni is so much more then a G minor Adagio and these two concertos showcases a genius well in league with both Handel and Bach. The liner-notes by Thomas Kahlcke are very informative and well-written. Highly recommended indeed. 5/5.
