I have several strategies going in order to stay away from taking patent prescription medicines for my diabetes. I think that this product is probably a good complement to my other vitamins/minerals/herbs.
For my diabetes I use: Albion Chelated Vanadium 5 Mg (this product) (1 per day) Fenugreek Seed 610 Mg (2-4 per day) Chromium Picolinate 200 Mcg (1 per day) Informulab's Beta Fast GXR Glucose Balance (2 per day) Of course I have a multi-vitamin, multi-mineral, etc. Another thing that works for my energy level is Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar and their Amino Acids. With a decent diet and some exercise, my diabetes in under control. NO doctor pills!
