The Alcachofivida capsules helped me lose a couple pounds while I tried it, but it came back after I stopped using it.
I lost over 9 pounds during the month that I took these while on a low calorie diet. Anyone who has gone on a low calorie diet knows how hungry you can get. I would describe these capsules like having a clean healthy feeling and no jitters because it's caffine and stimulant free. I bought these as well, Alcachofa Blend Capsules: Bitter Orange/Green Tea and I have to say that the bitter orange ones killed my hunger and I felt a more mental energized feeling. I would look at food and feel disgusted to see it. If you get both types like I did, take these before dinner and the bitter orange ones during the morning and day.

I found the only thing this product did was make me aware of when I was eating so that I could take it 30 minutes before. No weight loss (and I eat extremely healthy/small portions). It did nothing to boost fat or weight loss for me
