Poor quality control
This book has so many errors in it and obviously was not checked for accuracy before publication. Chapter 23 is virtually unusable. I am very disappointed as I was really counting on this to help me in my course. Now I feel I can't trust that any of the answers are right and it totally defeats the purpose because I have to research everything and double check their...

This book has so many errors in it and obviously was not checked for accuracy before publication. Chapter 23 is virtually unusable. I am very disappointed as I was really counting on this to help me in my course. Now I feel I can't trust that any of the answers are right and it totally defeats the purpose because I have to research everything and double check their answers. Also a lot of times their answer is just "look in your book". Duh! I e-mailed the manufacturer but I haven't gotten any response

It was my first time using amazon and i was a little nervous at first but my experience was great. They keep it very professional! I had actually made the mistake of ordering the wrong book so i got scared that i wouldnt know how to resturn it. But i immediatly used their help line and they helped me step by step! it was sooo easy. I was able to return the book and in less than a week i had my money back. And Book-byte is very trust worthy!
