No contents difference with the ninth edition which is the newest edition.Buying this book is then a good deal and an economy because it is cheaper than the ninth edition and it has the same contents.Very helpful information for microbiology class for Allied Health students with step-by-step laboratory experiments(different culture types of microorganisms,staining techniques,results...)bacterial,viruses and other microorganisms aspects,behaviors,characteristics,the disease they cause.... Moreover,I was so agreably surprised to get a brand like new book from Mission Based Book which is doing a great work for little budget students like me.They were perfect and professional.I will highly recommend this seller and I will do again a deal with them.Exceptional seller!A+
